An integrated package with supporting and training tools will be created; they will be engineering of training tools inside and integrated package on an electronic support system (CD, web server and eLearning platform).

Tools will be useful for trainers to:

1. Create, modify and print learning road books for continuous learning modules.
2. Train trainers and minimize their effort on tasks as:
• To turn the training needs on contextualized contents and operative learning goals
• To transfer the objectives to computerized pedagogical guide (road book or manual of route of the trainer).
• Design the didactic sequence.
• Choose the learning techniques and the more suitable activities for each context
• To define the evaluation criteria.
3. To diminish the efforts necessary to design, to recycle and to distribute modules of continuous formation
4. To recover activities from the bank of resources online
5. To improve the quality and the yield of the training sessions...
