Course: To Design  continuous training modules

                  

Target

  • Trainers of continuous training.
  • Training providers.
  • Training managers.
  • Public administrations.

 
 
Objectives & methods

During this course, trainers learn to design training modules. This course is in coherency with Unit of competence 1 Programming training actions linked with the other training actions of in the organization, according the needs of context, R. D. 797/1995.

In order to fulfil the goals:

 

 

During this course, trainers develop competences for:

  • To turn the training needs into learning contents and operative objectives
  • To transfer the objectives to a computerized pedagogical guide (road map)
  • To design the didactic sequence
  • To choose the suitable learning techniques activities more adaptable to each context
  • To decide the evaluation criteria.


 It inlcudes 4 modules in 10 units, during 6 weeks. It takes 80 learning hours: 2 sessions in presence and the rest via eLearning

Methodology: Constructivist, based on interaction between pars.

  1. Expertise delivering courses of continuous training
  2. To invest 2 sessions per week

This course is delivered via eLearning plus 2 sessions in presence. For participate are need:

  • PC, computer.
  • Internet connection
