  • Trainers of continuous training.

Objectives & methods

 
This project provides tools for trainers to:

  • Understand models useful to create significative learning
  • Know internal forces getting life in the learning group
  • Use tehcniques to encourage the learning group
  • Take profit of the synergies made by adoults inside the learning group
  • Learn by doing
  • Design learning activities involving the traines
  • Experience the collaborative learning

.... usefull to develop social competences, now tested on a learning group about Health and Safety work.

A training course is also provided with 25 hours learning in group, in presence, plus support and other activities by eLearning.

Learning methode is based on social games and techniques of groups dynamic. This is our contribution to the constructivism learning model.
